- F1Mosing Holdings, LLC made a distribution of shares of Frank's International N.V.'s common stock, par value Euro 0.01 per share (the "Common Stock") to certain of its members, including Sharon Mosing Miller
- F2As of November 28, 2017, Miller Ginsoma Holdings, Ltd. ("MGH") directly owns 8,918,667 shares of the Common Stock. MGH is controlled by Sharon Mosing Miller, in her capacity as the sole manager of the sole general partner of MGH.
- F3The 39,618,171 shares reported are owned directly by Mosing Holdings, LLC, as of November 28, 2017. As a result of the Voting Agreement, dated July 22, 2013, by and among Ginsoma Family C.V., FWW B.V., Mosing Holdings, LLC and the other parties thereto, Mrs. Miller may be deemed to beneficially own shares of Common Stock owned by Mosing Holdings, LLC.
