- F1Restricted stock units ("RSUs") convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.
- F2On August 3, 2015, the Compensation Committee of Frank's International N.V.'s Board of Supervisory Directors approved an amendment to the RSU Agreement between the Issuer and Mr. Luquette ("Director RSU Agreement") in order to reduce the amount of RSUs included in Mr. Luquette's Director RSU Agreement pro-rata to reflect the period of his service as a non-employee director from August 14, 2014 through January 22, 2015. The RSUs vested in full on August 14, 2015.
