- F1Reflects the disposition of shares of issuer Class A common stock in connection with the merger of Issuer with and into SST II Growth Acquisition, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Strategic Storage Trust II, Inc., on January 24, 2019 (the "Merger"). Pursuant to the Merger, each share of Issuer common stock outstanding immediately prior to the Merger was converted into the right to receive an amount of cash equal to the merger consideration of $12.00 per share, without interest and less any applicable withholding taxes (the "Merger Consideration"). Each share of Issuer common stock subject to vesting or other lapse restrictions that was outstanding immediately prior to the merger became fully vested and was converted into the right to receive the Merger Consideration.
