- F1Effective February 28, 2019 (the "Grant Date"), the Reporting Person was granted 3,745 restricted stock units, vesting over a three-year period in three substantially equivalent installments on each successive anniversary of the Grant Date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer. Restricted stock units of the Issuer may only be settled in shares of common stock on a 1-for-1 basis.
