Remarks
Stonehill Institutional Partners, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Partners"), and Stonehill Master Fund Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company ("Master") are the direct holders of the shares reported herein, and Stonehill Capital Management LLC ("Management") is the direct holder of the Restricted Stock Units reported herein. The Power of Attorney given by Mr. Wilson was previously filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission on February 24, 2014 as an exhibit to a statement on Form 4 filed by Management with respect to WCI Communities, Inc. (the "Company") and is hereby incorporated by reference.
