Exhibit List: Exhibit 99.1 - Explanation of Responses Exhibit 99.2 - Joint Filers' Information and Signatures Solely for purposes of Section 16 of the Exchange Act, each of Monarch Alternative Capital LP, and by virtue of their control of Monarch Alternative Capital LP, MDRA GP LP and Monarch GP LLC, are directors-by-deputization by virtue of the Funds' (defined in Exhibit 99.1) contractual right to designate a member of the board of directors of WCIC. Patrick Bartels, a managing principal of Monarch Alternative Capital LP, is a member of WCIC's board of directors. As a result of the transaction reported herein, Monarch Debt Recovery Master Fund Ltd has ceased to be a 10% beneficial owner and is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting requirements.
