("Straight Path"), Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon") and Waves Merger Sub I, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verizon ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which, among other things, Merger Sub was merged with and into the Company in a merger that became effective on February 28, 2018.
