Explanation of responses
- F1Disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of May 11, 2017, by and among Straight Path Communications Inc. ("Straight Path"), Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon") and Waves Merger Sub I, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verizon ("Merger Sub"), pursuant to which, among other things, Merger Sub was merged with and into the Company in a merger that became effective on February 28, 2018.
- F2Howard S. Jonas is the Trustee of the Trust.
