- F1On February 1, 2018, CCA Acquisition, LLC acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of Cole Capital Advisors, Inc. held by VEREIT Operating Partnership, L.P. (formerly ARC Properties Operating Partnership, L.P.). Pursuant to this transaction, VEREIT Operating Partnership, L.P. also disposed of 20,000 shares of common stock (Class A) of the Issuer to Cole Corporate Income Advisors II, LLC. A value of $10.00 per share was attributed to these shares in the transaction.

The reporting person serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Director of VEREIT, Inc., the general partner of VEREIT Operating Partnership, L.P.
