Explanation of responses
- F1A Form 4, filed on April 1, 2015, incorrectly reported that 1,490 shares of Class A common stock were withheld for payment of tax liability incident to the vesting of 4,000 restricted stock units (the "Original Form 4"). No such shares of Class A common stock were withheld. The Original Form 4 also incorrectly reported the amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person following the erroneously reported withholding. This amendment is being filed to reflect the fact that no shares were withheld in connection with the vesting and to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person.
