Explanation of responses
- F1Each granted restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. Vested RSUs are payable in the form of shares of the Issuer's common stock, delivered to the reporting person no later than sixty days after the date on which vesting occurs, subject to the collection of withholding taxes.
