- F1On January 8, 2016 in a private transaction, I purchase 500,000 Restricted Shares for total cash consideration of $1.00 US from Orhan Karahodza, the controlling shareholder.
- F2On January 11, 2016, our company completed a private placement with one subscriber. The private placement was for 150,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.20 per Unit. Each Unit comprised of one common share of our company and one whole warrant that is exercisable for a period of 24 months from issuance at an exercise price of $0.30.
