- F1Includes 5,300 unvested Equity Participation Units ("EPUs") that were granted to the Reporting Person, 1/2 of which vest on the later to occur of the first date on which the issuer has paid a regular quarterly distribution of at least $0.6875 on each outstanding common unit for any full quarter ending on or after August 1, 2015 (the "Distribution Achievement Date") or May 13, 2018, and 1/2 of which vest on the later to occur of the Distribution Achievement Date or May 13, 2019.
