- F1The shares of common stock were sold in an underwritten public offering in which selling stockholders sold an aggregate of 6,700,000 shares of common stock to the underwriter at a price per share of $32.99, of which 5,184,418 shares were sold to the public at a price of $33.75 per share and 1,515,582 shares were repurchased by the Issuer at the price per share at which the underwriter purchased shares from the selling stockholders.
