Twinleaf, in its role as investment manager for customer accounts to which it furnishes investment advice, and Mr. Grimes, as Managing Member of Twinleaf, by reason of the provisions of Rule 16a-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of the securities beneficially owned by Twinleaf.
