Explanation of responses
- F1The Reporting Person is an officer or its equivalent of each of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Oaktree Fund GP I, LP. and serves as a director appointed by OCM TMM Holdings II, L.P. The securities reported in the original Form 4 filed with the SEC on April 15, 2013 were stated to be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Keller by virtue of his being an officer (or its equivalent) of each of Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and Oaktree Fund GP I, L.P., but due to the structure of such entities, the Reporting Person did not and does not have (nor was he or is he deemed to have) beneficial ownership of such securities, which are held by the members of Oaktree Capital Group Holdings, GP, LLC.
