Explanation of responses
- F1Common stock disposed of pursuant to an agreement and plan of merger, dated May 3, 2017, by and between the Issuer and TCG BDC, Inc., by which the Issuer merged with and into TCG BDC, Inc., with TCG BDC, Inc. as the surviving entity. Consideration received was in the form of a mixture of cash and shares in TCG BDC, Inc. as provided for in the agreement and plan of merger approved by shareholders of the Issuer. On June 9, 2017, the effective date of the merger, the net asset value per share of the Issuer was $18.84.
