- F1Effective December 14, 2018, MTM Center GmbH transferred all of its 13,500,000 shares to Alex Schmidt for no consideration. Mr. Schmidt owned 51% of MTM Center GmbH. Maksim Goncharenko, who owned 49% of MTM Center GmbH, agreed to the transfer as a settlement of a dispute.
