- F1Represents shares of the common stock of Harvest Capital Credit Corporation (the "Company") that JMP Group Inc. - which through its wholly owned subsidiaries is a stockholder of the Company, the majority owner of the Company's investment adviser, HCAP Advisors LLC (the "Adviser"), and sole owner of the Company's administrator, JMP Credit Advisors LLC (the "Administrator") - granted to Mr. Kitchin, through a wholly owned subsidiary, in consideration for services he provides to the Adviser and the Administrator relating to the Company. The shares vest on December 31, 2017.
