Explanation of responses
- F1The disposition of shares occurred pursuant to the Exchange Agreement among the Issuer and Banc of America Preferred Funding Corporation ("PFC") pursuant to which PFC exchanged 1,750 existing Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, Series 2018, of NID for an equal number of newly issued Adjustable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, Series 2028, of NID in a cashless exchange.
