Mr. Lin is entitled to these shares pursuant to his employment agreement, as compensation for services rendered to the Issuer in his capacity as CEO. Pursuant to Mr. Lin's employment agreement, he is entitled to receive 1,000,000 shares on the annual anniversary of his agreement, however Mr. Lin did not have the shares issued until May 2015.
