- F1Consists of a grant of restricted stock units awarded to the Reporting Person under the Techpoint, Inc. 2017 Stock Incentive Plan for no consideration. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Common Stock. Subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer, 1,000 shares will be released on January 1, 2019 and 1,000 shares will vest and be released on each quarterly anniversary thereafter.
