Dutra own 16.7977%, and Brian M. Haines owns 2.0157% of Owens Financial Group, Inc. Owens Financial Group, Inc. owns 96,785 shares of Common Stock of Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. Owens Financial Group, Inc. holds 83, 049 shares directly, and Investors Yield. Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Owens Financial Group, Inc.) holds 13,736 shares. Mr. Owens disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
