Explanation of responses
- F1Pursuant to the Separation Agreement dated December 8, 2014 between the reporting person and the Issuer, the Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") were issued to the reporting person under the Issuer's 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan in payment of a portion of his severance for the period from November 15, 2014 to December 31, 2014, based on the closing price of the common stock on December 31, 2014.
