- F2Restricted stock units previously granted under the Zoetis Inc. 2013 Equity and Incentive Plan, and dividend equivalent units automatically issued thereon (each an "RSU" and collectively, "RSUs"). The restricted stock units vest as follows and are settled in common stock upon vesting: 2,362.3739 RSUs vested on February 23, 2015; 5,865.6215 RSUs will vest on January 31, 2016; 3,309.1461 RSUs will vest on August 15, 2016; and 5,711.2318 RSUs will vest on March 4, 2017.
