Explanation of responses
- F1On February 20, 2018 (the "Date of Grant"), the compensation committee of the board of directors of the Company granted the reporting person an aggregate of 3,903 restricted shares (the "Shares") of common stock pursuant to a Restricted Stock Award Agreement. The Shares vest in equal annual installments on each of the first three anniversaries of the Date of Grant, subject to the reporting person's continued service through each applicable vesting date and subject to acceleration and forfeiture in certain circumstances.
