Explanation of responses
- F1Of these restricted shares of common stock, 100,000 shares vested immediately on the grant date and the remaining 200,000 will vest in equal installments on each anniversary of the grant date, and as such, 100,000 shares will vest on each of October 22, 2016 and October 22, 2017, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer and as further provided in in the Reporting Person's employment agreement with the Issuer.
