Explanation of responses
- F1On April 30, 2015, the Reporting Person inadvertently reallocated $93,998 of the balance of his 401(K) account, which resulted in the purchase of 5,595 shares of the Company's common stock. On May 11, 2015, the Reporting Person discovered the error and corrected the inadvertent transaction by returning his 401(K) account to the allocation, by dollar amount, established prior to April 30, 2015, which resulted in the sale of 5,591 shares of the Company's common stock.
