Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Yu beneficially owned the shares indirectly through Forever Prosperous Holdings (China), Ltd., a company in which he was the sole member and a director. On January 2, 2015, in a private transfer, Mr. Yu transferred 100% of his ownership in Forever Prosperous Holdings (China), Ltd., to Mr. Huangchen Chen, the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Issuer. As a result, Mr. Yu no longer beneficially owns the shares, and has resigned as an officer and director of the Issuer.
