Explanation of responses
- F1(1) MPF Successors, LP ("MPF") acquired shares of MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. ("MRC"). The filer and filer's minor children own interests in MPF and therefore could be deemed to beneficially own a portion of the shares of the MRC shares acquired by MPF. The original Form 4 omitted the shares in MRC held indirectly by filer as a result of ownership in MPF by filer's minor children.
