Remarks
The Reporting Person is a director of Summit Midstream GP, LLC, the general partner of the Issuer (the "General Partner"). The Issuer is managed by the directors and executive officers of the General Partner. The Reporting Person also is a managing member of Energy Capital Partners II, LLC, the general partner of the general partner of Energy Capital Partners II, LP and certain of its affiliates (collectively the "ECP Entities"). The ECP Entities are affiliates of Summit Midstream Partners, LLC, which is the sole owner of the General Partner. The Reporting Person is not deemed to beneficially own, and disclaims beneficial ownership of, any common units or subordinated units of the Issuer held by the General Partner or Summit Midstream Partners, LLC.
