- F1Represents director stock unit awards covering 1,552 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer granted to Mr. Drapkin by the Issuer to make up for director stock units inadvertently not granted to Mr. Drapkin for his service as a director of the Issuer from the date of his appointment on March 12, 2014 to June 25, 2014. Such director stock unit awards were granted and vested on March 15, 2016.
