Explanation of responses
- F1Restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted on July 13, 2026 (the "Grant Date") represent a contingent right to receive shares of common stock of ChronoScale Holdings Corporation (the "Issuer") on a one-for-one basis, have no expiration date, and vest as follows: one-third of the RSUs will vest on May 1, 2027 (the "Cliff Date"), with one-sixth of the remaining RSUs vesting in equal installments every six months after the Cliff Date, such that the RSUs will be fully vested on May 1, 2029, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer through each applicable vesting date and subject to accelerated vesting upon certain conditions.
