- F1Claren Road Asset Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, (the "Reporting Person") serves as investment manager to each of Claren Road Credit Master Fund, Ltd. and Claren Road Credit Opportunities Master Fund, Ltd., each a Cayman Islands exempted company, (the "Funds") and has investment discretion with respect to the securities reported herein which are held by the Funds. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of the securities for the purpose of Section 16 or for any other purpose, except to the extent of the Reporting Person's pecuniary interest therein.
