Remarks
On February 1, 2019, the Reporting Person became Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC, the general partner of the Issuer (the "General Partner"). The Issuer is managed by the directors and executive officers of the General Partner. This amendment to the Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities on Form 3, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 6, 2019, is being filed to correct the amount of shares held directly by the Reporting Person.
