Explanation of responses
- F1Dividend equivalent units, which are being awarded with respect to awards of restricted stock units and which vest on various dates through November 14, 2018. This Amendment corrects the number of dividend equivalent units originally reported on the Form 4 filed on 2/20/2015, which inadvertently omitted 40 dividend equivalent due to an administrative error.
