Explanation of responses
- F1On April 19, 2018, the Company granted 5,000 shares of restricted stock to Mr. Xiao. Such restricted stock will vest on April 19, 2019.
- F2On April 19, 2018, the Company granted an option to purchase 30,000 shares of Common Stock to Mr. Xiao.
