Explanation of responses
- F1Mr. Yan transferred the Common Shares as a gift to David Yan's Trust established by a deed of settlement dated June 16, 2014 (the "Trust") on December 26, 2014. The Trust subsequently transferred such Common Shares as a capital contribution without consideration to Cherry Plus Limited ("Cherry Plus") on December 26, 2014. Mr. Yan may be deemed a beneficial owner (i) of the Trust as Protector of the Trust and (ii) of Cherry Plus as Sole Director of Cherry Plus.
