- F1On February 25, 2016, the 738,501 subordinated units representing limited partner interests in the Issuer (the "Subordinated Units") indirectly held by the Reporting Person converted on a one-to-one basis (the "Conversion") to common units representing limited partner interests in the Issuer (the "Common Units") as prescribed in the First Amended and Restated Limited Partnership Agreement of the Issuer, dated October 30, 2012, as amended.
