Explanation of responses
- F1274,456 shares of common stock are held directly by the Qureishi Ali Grandchildren Trust (the "Ali Grandchildren Trust"). The Reporting Person is a trustee of the Ali Grandchildren Trust and may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with regard to the reported shares held by the Ali Grandchildren Trust. In addition, 54,892 shares of common stock are held of record by Lubna Qureishi, the Reporting Person's wife.
