Explanation of responses
- F1The shares of common stock were held by Sysorex Consulting, Inc. ("Sysorex Consulting"). As the majority shareholder of Sysorex Consulting, the reporting person had an indirect pecuniary interest in the Common Stock.
- F2Does not include shares held of record by the 1999 Qureishi Family Irrevocable Trust. The reporting person ceased his duties as trustee as of May 2014. Accordingly, the reporting person no longer has any voting or investment control over the shares.
