- F1Mr. Toland was granted this performance-based option on December 1, 2016 pursuant to his Employment Agreement dated February 23, 2016. The option vested in full on May 17, 2017 upon the Board's determination that Mr. Toland achieved the required performance criteria, which was the capital raise of any combination of debt and/or equity of at least $25 million.
