Explanation of responses
- F1On February 13, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the ZaZa Energy Corporation Board of Directors awarded Todd Alan Brooks a short-term incentive award in shares of common stock in accordance with his employment agreement. Pursuant to the grant agreement with respect to the award of shares of common stock, the grant became effective on February 13, 2015 and the shares also vested on that date.
