Explanation of responses
- F1American DG Energy Inc. ("American DG") declared a special dividend on July 2, 2013 of one share of EuroSite Power Inc. ("EuroSite") common stock for every ten shares of American DG common stock. The special dividend was paid on August 15, 2013 to American DG's stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 25, 2013.
- F2The Reporting Person previously reported that a group of 28,880 shares were directly beneficially owned. The Reporting Person is filing this Form 5, in part, to reflect that these shares are indirectly beneficially owned by the Reporting Person and directly beneficially owned by his wife, Patricia L. Hatsopoulos.
