- F1On May 21, 2018, RS Group ApS, an entity controlled by Mr. Sindlev, purchased 1,300 shares of common stock of Enochian Biosciences, Inc. in an open market transaction. RS Group ApS subsequently transferred all of its shares to RS Biopharma ApS, an entity controlled by Mr. Sindlev.
