F1On October 4, 2013 KonaRed Corporation ('KRED') acquired the assets of Sandwich Isles Trading Co, Inc. ('SITC') in a share exchange wherein Mr. Camet received a total of 1,706,780 shares in the initial shares distribution, of which 1,103,009 shares were distributed to him directly and 603,771 shares were distributed to his wholly owned company Solait Corp. On March 2, 2015 there was a second (and final) distribution of KRED shares to the former shareholders of SITC related to the share exchange wherein Mr. Camet received a total of 136,184additional shares, which are the subject of this Form 4 filing. 88,009 shares were distributed to him directly and 48,175 shares were distributed to his wholly owned company Solait Corp. The acquisition price shown is the average price paid by Mr. Camet for shares of SITC after taking into account the share exchange. The exchanged shares were registered in a Form S-1 which became Effective December 19, 2014 and are unrestricted.
F2Mr. Camet also received 83,167 Form S-8 shares on May 27, 2014.
