- F1Number of shares forfeited to pay tax withholding obligations upon the vesting of restricted stock granted by Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc. (the "Issuer") under its Amended and Restated 2012 Incentive Compensation Plan, which may be amended and restated from time to time.
- F2Total holdings were reduced by 171,484 shares due to transfers of shares to the Reporting Person's former spouse pursuant to a settlement exempt from Section 16 reporting.
