- F1Each performance restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of Alkermes plc.
- F2Represents the earned but unvested portion of the performance restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on March 3, 2014. Fifty percent of the earned performance restricted stock units vested on October 5, 2015 and are included in Table I of this Form 4; the remaining fifty percent of the earned performance restricted stock units are included in Table II of this Form 4 and will vest on October 5, 2016. The performance restricted stock units were earned based on the Food and Drug Administration's approval of ARISTADA? (aripiprazole lauroxil).
