Taglich Keogh-Account; (ii) an aggregate of 22,856 shares held by four separate custodial accounts for the benefit of Mr. Taglich's minor children; (iii) 16,933 shares held jointly by Mr. Taglich and his wife, Claudia Taglich; and (vii) 65,084 shares held by the Mike Taglich POA Tag/Kent Partnership F/B/O Garlinghouse/M Taglich B Taglich, with Mr. Taglich having power of attorney over the partnership.
