Explanation of responses
- F1These shares of common stock are "restricted" and were granted to Mr. Roffman pursuant to the 2005 Stock Option Plan. The restricted stock grant vests pro rata on a quarterly basis over a one year period commencing June 30, 2015. Until vested they are subject to forfeiture if Mr. Roffman resigns as a director.
